1. Vice’s Katie Way makes a nervous rec for marathoning Cronenberg films, like a monster.

2. Polygon’s Matt Patches profiles Josh Trank, director of Capone, and takes a close at life after directing a box office bomb (Fantastic Four).

3. The A.V. Clubs Amazon Prime slideshow has some pretty good recommendations.

4. Vox’s Alissa Wilkinson gives Driveway a glowing review.

5. She also details a documentary about Biosphere 2 and I can’t fucking wait to watch it.

6. This interview with Mary Harron, director of American Psycho, is really good. Her life and work are brilliant!

7. Tom Cruise and Elon Musk are (supposedly) working on a movie together. [I’m taking a hit from my bong right now]. It’s in space.

8. This isn’t recent or about film but it’s from a very good writer (Leah Finnegan) from a very good website (Outline, rip). It’s called Who goes Nazi? Media Edition and you won’t be sorry you read it.
